ForgottenLuxury.com membership is solely granted to architects and professional interior designers.

What discounts are included in the program?

We are pleased to offer Design Trade Members a discount on items purchased through ForgottenLuxury.com. 

*Please note: Trade discount is not valid with any other offers, on already discounted purchases, purchase of gift cards or promotional items, gift wrap, shipping and processing fees, taxes or for any products or services excluded by program Terms of Service. We reserve the right to change the list of items not eligible for the trade discount at our sole discretion without prior notice to members. Any such changes will be disclosed in the Terms of Service.

Membership in ForgottenLuxury.com Design Trade Program is contingent upon receipt of appropriate credentials and a completed application. Once we have processed your completed application, you will receive a confirmation email with a non-transferable discount code.

I have lost my Design Trade Program access details. How do I replace them?

To replace your Design trade Program access details please contact us at service@forgottenluxury.com. If we have your current qualification documents on file, we will issue you with replacement access details in an email within three (3) business days. If we do not have your information on file, you will need to submit a new application.

How do I update my Design Trade Membership account?

How can I opt out of my Design Trade Membership account?

To opt out of your membership in the Design Trade Program, please contact us at service@forgottenluxury.com.

May international designers apply to the Program?

At this time, only U.S.-based architects and professional interior designers may apply for the Design Trade Program. To apply for membership, please complete the Design Trade Application.

How do I place an order or receive a quote?

Orders may take up to 24 to 48 hours to process and quotes may take up to 3 to 5 business days.

How do I pay for my order?

For your convenience, we accept American Express, Discover Card, MasterCard, Paypal and Visa.

How will I know that I received my trade discount?

Upon checkout enter your discount code to receive the professional trade discount.
